These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all calligraphy and related creative services provided under Elevated Scripts, a brand operated by Luxury-Infused Consulting Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking services, approving a proposal, or making any payment, you agree to these Terms.
All calligraphy, creative, and experiential services offered under Elevated Scripts are provided by Luxury-Infused Consulting Inc., a New York–based company. All contracts, invoices, and payments are issued by and payable to Luxury-Infused Consulting Inc.
Services include, but are not limited to:
Custom calligraphy
Envelope addressing
Place cards, menus, and paper goods
Corporate gifts
Brand activations
On-site calligraphy and live events
All services are custom, handmade, and produced based on the scope agreed upon in writing.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure a booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to delivery or pickup.
Production begins only after receipt of the deposit and written approval of the scope.
Full prepayment (100%) is required prior to the event to confirm the booking and cover materials.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Where applicable, a digital proof will be provided prior to production.
Proofs must be reviewed and approved in writing by the client.
Once approved, no changes may be made.
Any requested changes after approval may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Timelines commence after receipt of payment and final written approval.
Delays caused by late client feedback, approvals, or material delivery are not the responsibility of Elevated Scripts and do not affect payment obligations.
Rush orders may be accepted at our discretion and may incur additional fees.
Due to the handmade nature of calligraphy and custom creative work, slight variations in lettering, ink flow, spacing, color, and paper are natural and not considered defects.
Deposits are non-refundable once a project is confirmed.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may require additional fees.
Local pickup may be available by appointment only.
Pickup or delivery details will be provided once the project is completed and ready.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon pickup or shipment.
Elevated Scripts is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers.
For on-site services, the client is responsible for:
Providing appropriate access, workspace, lighting, and setup
Obtaining any necessary permits or venue approvals
Ensuring timely access at the scheduled start time
Delays caused by the client, venue, or third parties may reduce service time and do not entitle the client to refunds.
All designs, layouts, lettering styles, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. Commercial reproduction or brand usage requires prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by New York law, Elevated Scripts and Luxury-Infused Consulting Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, weather, natural disasters, supply chain issues, or governmental actions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties unless superseded by a written agreement signed by both parties.
